So apparently modding 2 communities is a lot...sorry for letting this one fall through the cracks.

That said...does anyone have any advice for coping with cluster headaches? My partner has been getting them in increasing severity lately, and any coping skillz would be greatly appreciated.

Danke! Will attempt to be more active, and if anyone wants to try to take on more co-moderation of this comm, please PM me!

They tried fiorecet or midrin yet? Mine originally looked and acted like cluster, so we started me on the cluster meds long before triptans. Midrin was, when we were doing that (Winter '08), available in damned near no markets. (Found some in a Walgreens in Baltimore, completely by accident.) Fiorecet, which is my favoritest ever, is cheap and useful. (And known as a vintage med, so fewer doctors try and prescribe it. Despite being hella awesome on cluster and tension and, to a lesser extent, migraines that bounced from cluster to migraine.)

Voltaren on my jaw and sinuses also helps with cluster amazingly well.
